Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD) is a highly efficient drying system used for drying heat-sensitive materials under vacuum conditions. It operates by removing moisture from products at low temperatures, preventing thermal degradation. The dryer consists of multiple shelves or trays enclosed in a vacuum-tight chamber. Heat is applied through conduction, usually by circulating hot water, steam, or thermal oil through the shelves, and moisture is extracted under vacuum using a vacuum pump.
